3. Deposit Requirement
To secure your order and initiate the crafting process, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total quoted price. This deposit serves as a commitment from both parties, ensuring that we can allocate resources and
initiate the creation of your unique piece.
4. Customization and Design
Our bespoke approach allows for a high level of customization. You can choose from a variety of wood finishes, sizes, and additional features to tailor the crate or kennel to your pet's comfort and your aesthetic preferences. Our skilled

5. Payment Process
The deposit can be made through our secure online payment system or in-person at our showroom. Once the deposit is received, we will provide you with a detailed confirmation of your order, including specifications discussed during the consultation.
6. Project Timeline
Upon confirmation of your order and receipt of the deposit, we will provide you with an estimated timeline for the completion of your custom wooden crate or kennel. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before the item is shipped or picked
7. Changes and Modifications
We understand that preferences may evolve during the crafting process. Minor modifications can be accommodated, but significant changes may incur additional costs. We will communicate openly regarding any adjustments and ensure your satisfaction throughout the creation of your pet's sanctuary.
8. Cancellation Policy
As each piece is made to order, the 25% deposit is non-refundable in the event of
order cancellation. This policy reflects the commitment of time, resources, and craftsmanship dedicated to your unique creation.
